At Arkukah Wellness we offer individualized mental health support to individuals, young adults and couples. Our psychologist provides trauma-informed, best-practice approaches; walking alongside clients as they navigate various stages of life. Our psychologist offers in-person and virtual support to individuals across Alberta.

Meet Nadia

    Nadia Sokoloski, R. Psych

    Nadia Sokoloski is a Registered Psychologist, who has over 10 years experience working with individuals from all walks of life. Nadia has a passion for supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, including Trauma Exposed Professionals (First Responders), those who have served in the Army, and individuals who experienced trauma through life and their job. As part of the work she does with her clients, Nadia has experience navigating the systems associated with WCB, CAF and PCVRS.

    In order to support this work Nadia is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), a best practice approach to addressing trauma; as well as many other modalities in order to best support the unique needs of the clients she supports.

    In addition, to trauma Nadia also has extensive experience supporting individuals wrestling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges and grief/loss.
